Access & entry

Digital invitations with a QR code for each guest

For a controlled entrance, a QR code on the invitation lets your door team check guests in quickly. Arabic guests often call it باركود even when it's a QR — we include both words so no one is confused, and design the code into the card, not stuck on as an afterthought.

This page owns unique-code entry intent. A QR check-in code answers 'who is at the door', which is a different job from RSVP ('who is coming') and a map link ('how do I get there'). Each has its own page so search and guests can tell them apart.

What you provide

We need only a little to begin. The more detail you send, the sharper the design.

  • Whether the code is for RSVP, entry, or both
  • Your guest list, if you want per-guest codes
  • Event details for the card

One code, or one per guest

A single QR suits a family gathering; per-guest codes suit a controlled event where each person scans in once. We design the code so it stays scannable at the size WhatsApp delivers.

What your door team needs

A QR can be read with an ordinary phone camera, so a small entrance doesn't need special hardware. For large events with dedicated gate staff, tell us and we'll design the codes to match how they'll scan.

Original demo samples

Every design below is an original Big Story demo, clearly labelled نموذج. We swap in your names, date, venue, wording, language, colours and motion for your order.

Browse the full demo gallery to see our eight styles, then we tailor one to your occasion.

Turnaround & revisions

Once we have your names, date, venue and preferred wording, a static design is typically ready to review within 2–3 working days; an animated invitation within 4–6 working days. Rush timing is possible depending on the week — ask before you book a send date.

The Static Social Suite includes two revision rounds; the Motion + RSVP Suite includes three. Further changes are quoted per round so the scope stays clear.

Frequently asked questions

Digital invitations with a QR code for each guest

Does each guest receive a unique QR code?

That's optional. We can design one shared code or a unique code per guest from your list, depending on how tightly you want to manage entry.

Is the QR code for RSVP, venue check-in, or both?

Either. Tell us the job and we design accordingly — an RSVP code, an entry code, or one linked to both.

Does the door team need special scanning hardware?

For most events an ordinary phone camera reads the code. Larger gated events may use dedicated scanners — tell us and we'll match the design to them.
